Austin DIY Budget Wedding

I did a lot of things on my Saturn return but one of the best things I decided to do was embark on a lifelong journey with the love of my life!

After meeting on FB dating for only 1 month, my habibi and I decided to get married. So we followed our hearts to January 20th when we had our tiny ring exchange ceremony and lunch afterward. Only our 2 families attended for a 12 person wedding. It was small and perfect and I have beautiful pictures and memories.

Since the wedding was so sudden, and we were all unexpecting, there was no budget. With the help of our families, we were able to pull off a beautiful ring exchange ceremony, and lunch all for a low cost.

I got to wear all white, walk down the aisle, and get married by my best friend, who officiated.

When I was planning, there was nothing I could really find with detailed advice on how to plan such a small wedding, so I would love to share how we pulled it off with you here. With all the money you save, you could even buy me a coffee after you return from your budget honey moon ;)
